Are you a people person through and through? We might just be the team you’re looking for. The Gamesys Customer Experience team is our frontline when it comes to the relationship with our players. The Customer Experience team includes areas such as Customer Support, Player Relations, Chat and Programming.

It’s not just our customers we reach out to- we get involved in many areas of the business. Working hand-in-hand with areas such as Risk, Responsible Gaming, and CRM helps the company as a whole to keep its finger on the pulse of what’s going on with our players. They’re the stars of the show, after all!

We work to build caring and long-lasting relationships with all our players. There are many different skill sets that can help you if you want to become part of the team, but most of all you should be open, ready to talk, and eager to learn. We believe in on-the-job development for our teammates, but you can’t beat a good set of soft skills when you work up close and personal with players.
