Welcome to the jewel of Estonia...
Tallinn sits on the shores of the Gulf of Finland off the Baltic Sea. While the people of Estonia might seem reserved at first, this is merely a natural tendency towards introversion, crack that hard shell and you’ve made a friend for life.
If you crave shopping, great food, and a slice of Estonia’s unique culture, our office is right in the middle of the Rotermann Quarter of Tallinn and five minutes from the Old Town. But if it’s peace and quiet you’re after, you’re no more than fifteen minutes from pure, unfettered wilderness. You should come to Estonia simply because it is beautiful, with many lovely bogs.
At our Estonia office you’ll find a calm, friendly, and mature group of professionals working in the Games Pre-Production, Games Production, and Technology areas of the business. We enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, but we’d love to get to know you during one of our frequent office get togethers.
If the idea of relocating to Tallinn seems daunting, we’ve partnered with a relocation agency to get you settled quickly and help you smooth out all the little bureaucratic bumps. If Tallinn is the place you want to be, there’s nothing stopping you!

I joined Gamesys by coincidence several years ago but hadn’t planned on staying long. Gamesys turned out to be an exciting company with new challenges around every corner, and it’s even helped me accelerate my growth as a leader by giving me many excellent opportunities. Now I’m hooked and excited to see what new challenges each day brings.

Working at Gamesys has been like playing a great RPG. I started off fresh, with basic skills to get me going, and along the way I’ve met some great people, who have become my friends, and have shown me what it’s like to have fun working. I’ve worked in all corners of the world with Gamesys, always on a new adventure and with our recent merger I expect I will have many more stories to tell!

I joined Gamesys at 45 years old and it was the first time in my life that a company had the PERFECT culture for me. The ideal environment is one where everyone feels included, respected and safe. That type of environment creates fertile ground for amazing relationships and even friendship to grow. It’s the first time in my life that I truly feel I’ve found my place for the rest of my career.

It’s wonderful to see how passionate everyone is about their roles and their contributions to the company’s success.
