Well, what about the team?

Bally’s is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to coordinate and deliver a variety of marketing projects for the North America commercial unit. Reporting to the Director of Planning – Marketing and Operations you will work closely with the Marketing and Product Teams to deliver projects in line with our strategic goals using a range of traditional PM tools. This is fantastic opportunity for someone to work within a fun, fast growing business, who can deal with ambiguity and understand, manage, and resolve dependencies across teams.  

So, what will you be doing?

  • Leading project kick-off meetings, establishing clear scope, objectives and R&Rs.
  • Developing project plans to track delivery in-line with project management best practices.
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting on the status of project deliverables to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying potential risks and issues and developing contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication, fostering strong relationships between teams.
  • Championing process improvements within the planning and marketing team to drive efficiency.

  • Able to provide comprehensive status updates on project deliverables.
  • Show ability to lead presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Able to focus on the details as appropriate while keeping the overall purpose and goals of the projects in mind.
  • Have ability to build relationships with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possess effective and simple oral and written communication with the ability to tailor style to different audience. 
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to demonstrate a flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to change. 
  • Demonstrate proven self-organisation and time management.
  • Be confident and competent facilitator.

Experience Required

  • Experience leading complex project delivery within a marketing and / or gaming environment.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies and an understanding of best practice i.e., PRINCE 2 or APM PMQ
