Well, what about the role?

The Player Conversion Specialist contributes to the optimization of conversion metrics on all onsite and offsite journeys by

  • Taking ownership of assigned player conversion journeys, developing, and distributing monthly reporting based on analytics and transactional data, generating key insights into customer behaviour, and building a set of recommendations for journey improvements, tests, and optimization into a roadmap for action by various stakeholders.
  • Communicating this roadmap of the right stakeholders to gain buy-in, negotiating delivery of recommendations, tracking delivery progress, and handling any post-delivery reporting.

The successful candidate is naturally inquisitive and will demonstrate a commercial mindset with an aptitude for generating data-driven insights for decision making. They will require the ability to be very structured in their work and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Monitoring player journeys across sites, noting any issues and collaborating with product teams for resolution
  • Using data to improve conversion rates, working with various teams like marketing, product, and design
  • Creating and updating player journey maps, conversion funnels, and user flows
  • Establishing metrics and benchmarks for journeys, funnels, and flows with the Head of Player Conversion
  • Sharing metrics with stakeholders and advocating for improvements as needed
  • Analysing metrics to identify areas for conversion rate enhancement
  • Offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Presenting findings and opportunities for optimization to stakeholders
  • Developing business cases with clear hypotheses and value projections
  • Ensuring implementation of recommendations and tracking progress
  • Monitoring performance post-implementation and reporting regularly
  • Conducting A/B and multivariate tests to optimize product elements and journeys.

And what are we looking for?

  • Have experience in either Product or Marketing roles within iGaming
  • Possess intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics, with familiarity of Tableau or PowerBI
  • Understand A/B testing, with familiarity of related tools
  • Possess data visualization skills and basic statistics knowledge
  • Have knowledge of gambling products and customer retention
  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities and enjoy finding creative solutions
  • Have a good sense of accountability and ownership
  • Possess attention to detail, achieving thoroughness and accuracy
