Well, what about the role?

As a Content Manager, you will lead the content strategy and execution to drive engagement, brand presence, and business objectives. Your role is pivotal in crafting compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. You'll oversee a team of content creators, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with the company's vision.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Manage the planning and execution of the Content team, to assist with the implementation of all forms of content, ensuring that the quality is very high and that the brand tone-of-voice and communication style is upheld
  • Assist with the management and production of local and global campaign requests across all relevant brands to ensure that briefs are met and executed to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with The Head of CRM to ensure that player experience is at the forefront of each marketing / campaign / site initiative.
  • Lead the site and promotional content strategy for our player facing brands, take responsibility for execution across all channels to ensure cohesiveness and application within a timely manner.
  • Take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of effective writing and style guidelines for different mediums (email, onsite, social media, SEO, affiliations, surveys, etc.) and ensure that the tone of voice relevant for each brand is reflected whilst demonstrating creative flair and “stand-out” ensuring content is compelling and not lost in a “sea of same”
  • Work closely with UX and Product teams to implement, monitor and report on content KPIs (open rates on subject lines, promotional pages, etc.)
  • Work towards continuous improvements on content, based on feedback from stakeholders as well as KPIs and market best practices.
  • Connect content across different mediums to ensure consistency, so that each of the brands and their respective campaigns have a consistent thread running through when it comes to TOV and language used.
  • Responsible for managing a team of content writers and their various outputs (i.e. SEO, Promotional, Compliance) to ensure that content is of a high quality and optimized as best as possible for its intended purpose.

And what are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English 
  • Strong level of experience within Content related positions.
  • Professional experience in leading teams or complex projects.
  • Strong creative skills and someone who takes the initiative to come up with ideas to create fresh content.
  • Expert in all areas of online content and has a solid understanding of the various dimensions within each domain (SEO, Affiliation, On-site, CRM, Digital, ATL Advertising).
  • Possess a strong understanding of the principles of content and in being able to tie content together across the entire organization.
  • Strong execution and ability to get content out efficiently through process enhancement, coordination, and management of the content team.
  • Ability to balance quality and quantity of work and turnaround time
