So, what will you be doing?

  • Delivering on Rewards strategy and providing marketing & product feedback to Rewards Manager
  • Planning & setting up player rewards using our bespoke rewards tools such as Loyalty Shop, Tournaments and Free Games
  • Designing and coordinating simple campaigns that market our bespoke rewards
  • Being an expert on our tools, platforms and their marketing propositions
  • Being able to educate internal stakeholders and players on how these products work
  • Being the first line of support to Customer Care & Product teams with rewards related queries
  • Executing configuration tasks across multiple brands, markets, and customer segments
  • Desiging, scheduling and creating campaign communications via various channels such as emails, SMS, onsite channels

And what are we looking for?

  • Have experience in a marketing role, ideally within the gaming industry
  • Have great attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
  • Have good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritise effectively
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders and other members of the team
